Tom Walker Instagram – I’ve struggled with anxiety on and off over the last couple of years, especially coming out of the pandemic. Getting back on stage after lockdown was such an overwhelming experience: I was fluffing the lyrics, the guitar parts, my voice was a mess, I barely made it through. I just didn’t feel like myself at all and I had to really fight to get back to where I wanted to be. I wrote a song called “Freaking Out” about that period of my life.
