Tony Robbins Instagram – What is labor if not LOVE made raw and real in the world? Part of gifting your talents is identifying WHAT your labor of love looks like. Everyone’s looks a little different, but ultimately there are 3 Gifts of Labor. These gifts transcend all areas of life (not just your job!). Any place where you’re consistently applying your skills and passions, your gift of labor shows up. Identifying it allows you to maximize your gift and keeps you from feeling STUCK. I see so many well-intentioned, talented, and successful people burning out and completely unfulfilled. Why? Because they’re not in their wheelhouse or passion. Your gift of labor should have a sense of flow — when you’re in it, you know. See, when you’re pushing to do something, you’ve only got so much willpower. But when you’re PULLED, when there’s something larger than yourself that you’re here to serve and that you believe you’re made for, that brings ENERGY. For me, I’m an Artist. When I get up and speak to 15K humans for 18 hours a day at an event, I am ignited. It fills me up to serve people at the highest level, to give outside of myself. It never feels like work. That’s not to say there won’t be challenging times or learning curves, but it means the gift is INNATELY yours, and with it comes a sense of alignment — a level of grace and divine guidance.
