I am deeply touched by the sensitivity he and his team has shown during the shoot of our intimate scenes. It was absolutely necessary for me and @yadavshrikant to have a sense of privacy while shooting these and I was so relieved to experience the ability of Anand and team to dissolve themselves.. we thought as if they were not there..I watched his film #dhuin after that and I was awestruck. What immense talent this man is! I am really fortunate to have worked with him thanks to @konkona ❤️

My heart is full. Was fortunate to attend the premiere of this divine film’Shyamchi aai’ Most calm and peaceful piece of art written by my old friend Sunil sukthankar. He introduced me to the magic of cinema. I started my career by a short film directed by Sunil and #sumitrabhave called ‘chakori’ .I was very proud to watch yesterday’s film solely written by him and so beautifully! Shyam chi aai is a must watch for what it says and how it says. I was awestruck by all the performances especially by the actress who played the title role’shamchi aai’(Shyam’s Morher) Her name is Gauri and this happens to be her first film! Om Bhutkar is according to me one of the best actors I have seen in my life.His each performance leaves me speechless. Mind you I am not exaggerating he is beyond words. Sharva who plays chota Shyam and @_more.of.me_ who plays young shyam are excellent. @mesandeeppathak iand @sarangsathye are amazing.When each actor performs truthfully it’s the director who is seeking truth. I am proud of Sujay Dahake for the truth and subtlety in his taking and @dopvijay for excellent camera work. Hats off to the producers @amrutaarunrao for bringing this In theatres near you!
श्यामची आई हे पुस्तक अगदी लहान असताना आजीनं वाचायला दिलं होतं.तेव्हाही ते वाचताना खूप रडले होते.काल त्यावर आधारित चित्रपट पहाताना मन पुन्हा एकदा झरझरून वाहीलं. माझा जुना मित्र सुनील सुकथनकर यानं लिहीलेली अप्रतीम संहीता आणि सुजय डहाकेचं सार्थ दिग्दर्शन यानं कालची संध्याकाळ अविस्मरणीय होऊन गेली. हा चित्रपट जे बोलतो आणि ज्या संयत सुरात बोलतो ते पाहून मी भारावून गेले.गौरी देशपांडेनं यात श्यामच्या आईची भूमिका केली आहे. तिच्या अभिनयातला संयम पाहून स्तिमित झाले.किती सच्चं काम, किती खरं! She stole my heart ❤️ओम भुतकर हा मी पाहीलेल्या काही सर्वोत्तम अभिनेत्यांपैकी एक आहे.त्याची प्रत्येक भूमिका मला भिडतेच भिडते. यात तो, शार्व आणि मयूर या तिघांनीही शाम समरसून जिवंत केला आहे. संदीप पाठक ,सारंग साठ्ये आणि ज्योती चांदेकर पण अप्रतीम! जेव्हा सगळेच कलाकार उत्तम कामं करतात तेव्हा त्याचं श्रेय दिग्दर्शकाचं असं मला वाटतं. सुजयनं एक क्षणही एकही कलाकार खोटा होऊ दिला नाही.Hats off! विजय मिश्रा चा कॅमेरा अप्रतीम. हा चित्रपट आमच्यापर्यंत पोचवल्याबद्दल निर्मात्या अमृता राव यांचे मनापासून आभार!हा सिनेमा पहायलाच हवा!
I met @abhinay_parmar_ some years back when I performed at Prithvi Theatre. He was a volunteer there. Since then he connected with our group and became our angel at Prithvi.
