2022 was my worst year , but i did it🔥, I was 42 kg & height 5’8 according to my height i was under weight . When i joined the gym & i was so scared that how would i do it as i am vegetarian 🌱 i was so tensed how will i gain my weight 🤦♀️, literally no hope , but i kept going , i followed my proper diet🥺, not even a single day i skipped my diet 🥺seriously saying from the bottom of my heart , & funny fact PANEER is my dushman🙃and now i am 59Kg strong 💪, fit& fine.❤️🔥
I went through lot of hate just because i was “SKINNY”
Past one year I have worked really hard to achieve my goal and I’ve to say it was not at all easy, all the hate on social media made me depressed and demotivated but i got up and worked on myself and here are the results 🤌🏽
Just one request to everyone don’t body shame anyone it may be a joke for you but for the other person it could be a serious issue.
I’M PROUD OF MYSELF ❤️🔥💪
