Brittany Curran Instagram – About 10 minutes after @jamesisntcool and I were bantering about this hurricane being super tame and anticlimactic… our beautiful huge hundred year old Chinaberry tree in our backyard cracked in half and fell. 😬☹️😢 So I want to take this moment to formally apologize to Tropical Storm Hilary.
Also, half of it still stands, but leans precariously in the direction of our house. We haven’t had any luck in getting a tree service over yet to cut it down before it (inevitably) falls onto our house. So if anyone out there has any advice on what we can do in the meantime to at least help support and reinforce it, your insight would be greatly appreciated. 💚🌳💚
