I’ve been making some mental shifts on my viewpoints about some things in my life, and it’s crazy how different your world can look when your perspective changes even the slightest bit. Life really does conspire in the direction of your focus.

I’m always reaching for a growth mindset, but I’d be lying if I said it came naturally 100 percent of the time. Creating and strengthening new neural pathways and weakening old ones that no longer serve me is a task, but it’s a choice everyday worth making. ⌛️⏳.
