Ellen Hancock Instagram – I’ve had a few random auditions lately. Some good snuggly times with the cat. Watched some shows and movies. Rearranged some furniture (and still dealing with the subsequent consequences – where you clean one thing and suddenly the thing next to it looks dirty now too). Reading little bits of lots of things but finishing nothing, as I do sometimes. Contemplating the next phase of my life. Wondering when the actors strike will end and about the state of the business I’ve been in so long. Contemplating what it means to be an artist and choose an art form. Imagining that cabin in the woods somewhere. A dog that doesn’t exist. Writing. Starting to write again. Giving myself permission for it to be lots of things. Finally staying on top of washing all my coffee cups. Mostly. Knowing that one small disturbance in this quietness and I will lose that battle again. Anyways — hi.
