Emily Osment Instagram – Had the surprise pleasure of visiting @slowcoasthome this past weekend after a last minute weekend away in Santa Cruz with @dr.nate.dogg Thank you to my dear, sweet friend @nash2o for connecting us with marine biologist and author @wallacejnichols so we could take in his beautiful land which was once unbelievably scorched by a fire that took his family home and everything in it. Years later, newly green again, it lives a new life as an off grid digital detox retreat fully equipped with a wood fired hot tub, sauna and eight cozy Jupes. We drank mezcal deep inside a massive redwood hollowed out by forest fire, we zip lined across the river and we danced together in the wilderness like all wild and free humans should.
