Heather Land Instagram – In 2018 I was in my fifth year of single-mom-life with two kids, starting a new career at 42 doing something I knew nothing about.

This guy was the production manager on my first tour. He was young and single – never wanted to get married or have kids. So of course, we fell in love and got married on 10.10.2020.

I just want to say to all of you who may be discouraged and in a weird purgatory-phase of life, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT GOOD THINGS MAY BE WAITING FOR YOU JUST AROUND THE CORNER. 😊❤️

I’m so glad that I have stayed open and said yes to whatever unexpected things God has brought my way. In the words of @drjoedispenza, “The unknown has never let me down.”

And I’m especially grateful to be celebrating three of the best years of my life with the best man I know – my husband who didn’t want to be one. I’m glad he stayed open, too.

Marrying him was the easiest, best decision I’ve ever made. He’s absolutely killing it at partnership and parenthood! (And I’m not just saying that because I woke up to roses and a scavenger hunt of sweet cards ending in tickets to see John Mayer tomorrow night.)

So, here’s to another year of lots of love and lots of laughter. 🥂HAPPY ANNIVERSARY, Stephen Mathew.❤️
