Kamila Rundusová Instagram – (EN👇) Za pár dní nastupuju do budhistického kláštera na svojí první vipassanu. Meditační pobyt v tichosti v horách, kde odevzdám mobil, oblečení a všechny svoje věci, které ve svém životě považuju za nezbytné, abych zjistila, že tak úplně nezbytné nejsou.

Jediné, co mi zůstane jsou hodinky s budíkem, baterka a bílý mundrúr. Vstáváni ve 4:30 ráno na první meditaci, práce na zahradě a také s dětmi. Na místě je totiž i přes 40 sirotků, kteří se učí budhismu a klášteř je připravuje na budoucí život.

Jídlo je tam jednoduché připravené ze surovin tam vypěstovaných. Zeptala jsem se, zda bych mohla pomáhat i v kuchyni, protože mě zajímá jak mniši a mnišky přistupují k surovinám a vaření na spirituální úrovni. Řekli mi, že to běžné není a že mě nejdřív chtějí potkat a pak uvidíme. Měla jsem hodně vizí, jak vařím s mnichy, tak mi, prosím, držte palce.

Po všech mých zkušenostech s ayahuascou jsem dlouho toužila po takové zkušenosti, kde budu v čistotě, jen se sebou, meditovat dlouhé hodiny většinu dne a budu mít prostor na integraci všeho, co jsem doposud objevila.

Od 1.11. do 11.11. budu 11 dní offline. A pak se budu těšit, až vám to budu všechno vyprávět🤍

ENGLISH:
In just few days I will enter a Buddhist monastery for my first vipassana – a meditation stay in silence in the mountains, where I hand over my phone, clothes and all my things that I consider necessary in my life, to find out that they are not so necessary.

All I will have is an alarm clock, flashlight and a white uniform. Getting up at 4:30 in the morning for the first meditation, working in the garden and with children. There is also an orphanage in with 40 children who learn Buddhism and the monastery prepares them for the future life.

The food there is simple and prepared from ingredients grown there. I asked if I could also help in the kitchen, because I am interested in how monks approach ingredients and cooking on a spiritual level. They told me that it is not common and that they want to meet me first and we will see. I had many visions of me cooking with the monks, so keep your fingers crossed for me.
