Keegan Connor Tracy Instagram – Today feels like a miracle. It’s the first day in a month that I’m not consumed by pain. That I didn’t wake up beside a pile of melted ice bags, grimacing as I fumbled for the heating pad to start to loosen the night’s vice grip. Constantly shifting around trying to find a position that would give me even a moment’s peace. I’ve experienced low-grade, constant pain before with this injury, but never this kind of crushing, unrelenting acute pain. I can see how chronic pain could be a killer; it eats you up. It’s torture. I am beyond grateful to have finally gotten some medications that could give me some relief, to crack this dark thing open and let me breathe again. It’s not over, not for bit yet, but I can finally see the light. Now…hopefully, to heal. Thanks to the many who cared, checked in and sent love ❤️ #onward
