Kirsten Vangsness Instagram – Last eve there was a last minute all the strike captains and negotiators meeting for a toast- I am merely a fan girl of them all in this scenario however it was such a joy to say thank you in person. These folks were out in sweltering heat hour after hour full of kindness and water bottles and now we all have a fair contract. Honored I am to be part of this union and proud to be a laborer among these people who know how to make good good good trouble.
Kirsten Vangsness Instagram – The world is full of sad stuff and terrible choices and it’s also full of wonderful places and people making creative choices that heal the whole place – @jacarandaschoolfororphans is one of those places started by one of those creative people. I was given the great honor to MC the @jacarandaschoolfororphans gala this Sunday, bring my dear pals (including the genius @marylambertsing who happened to be performing in town!💜)and see Marie De Silva who started it and @rickilake (who was one of the first supporters of this glorious-ness) if you want a neat organization to be a part of this should definitely be on your list as it’s freaking wonderful.
