I can’t believe my daughter is about to be 6 years old! I found this pic with my brother TJ from my 6th birthday-he had just turned 5. We are about 10 1/2 months apart and so close ❤️
Growing up we usually had parties at home. But this year my parents went all-out and gave me the party of my dreams at McDonalds! All the kids got happy meals and then we had this awesome cake for dessert. It was the best. If you look closely you’ll see I even have some sort of french fry outfit on 🤣 I’ve always loved a good theme 🎉

We’re having the best time on this movie, but my mama-heart was hurting that I wasn’t able to be with Julia on her very first day of school. We facetime nonstop, and she’s in the best hands with my husband and sister, but of course I still feel terrible that I’m not there. I do my best to work my schedule around such special days, but sometimes it just can’t be avoided. So today I walked into my trailer and found this from my new friends in the wardrobe department. 😭 My heart was SO touched. Nothing like the support of others when you need it most. Thank you, ladies!
