The year John Kennedy ran for office my sister, Tracy Egan, the consummate horse lover, wanted (or did my parents ask her???) to go as young Jackie Bouvier Kennedy complete with riding jodhpurs , velvet riding helmet and a real riding crop. Me???
They dressed me up as a donkey! A DONKEY, y’all!!! 😂 It had an impact. Tracy went on to be a tv journalist and now works for the State of NY promoting racehorse farming in the State of NY. And CLEARLY, I HAD to go into comedy! I had no choice. 🤷‍♀️
