Mandy Teefey Instagram – This morning was a rough morning. I took out my past trauma on someone dear to me and it was uncalled for. As deeply sorry I am an apology is not enough. I’m here to take accountability and to share the experience as a reflection on how if I don’t continue my mental fitness, get enough sleep or take care of my well being I will take it out on undeserving by standers.
