Mari Madrid Instagram – Since September 29, at 2:15pm there’s been an immense hole left in our hearts when our first doggy, best friend, and baby boy crossed the rainbow bridge at 14 years old. It’s impossible to articulate the amount of love we have for him, or this unforeseen amount of pain we feel with his passing. I actually don’t even remember a life without my best friend… every day, every habit, and every moment will have to be relearned. Until then we’ll keep thinking about all the beautiful people that felt his unconditional love and gave him love… and how he inspired us yet again with his perfect last day. How the clouds parted and the sunlight gently filled our living room. How the subtlest breeze was the only sound that filled our quiet home. How time stood still, rewound, and fast forwarded all in the same moment. Cocoboy — our boy, our old man… you did it. You beat so many obstacles. You lived a beautiful life. We’ll miss you dearly, think of you always, and love you forever.
