Maria Hering Instagram – Can’t hide anymore 😅 incredible what the female body is capable off .. and that’s just the beginning .. during my pregnancy I was not really feeling the vibe of working out .. I had a few strong weeks but most of the time my body wants to rest .. and relax 😅 but I can’t wait to get back to it, I’m missing the feeling of lifting heavy weights ☺️.. for now 8,5kg plus 🙌 my shape before definitely helped to feel good in my body now .. I will keep you updated 🚀
