It was so confusing and frustrating and aggravating, what had happened and I couldn’t understand why God had to put me through this ordeal. Much later I realised it was a gift and it took me a full year to unwrap it, open it, understand it and use it. Here I am now. Living the life I had up on my vision board. The only reason for it is Type 1 diabetes. At the same time, I wish you don’t have to go through the wake up call I had to. Turning pain into medicine has now become my speciality but I don’t wish that for every one. It isn’t for everyone. I hope you make micro changes now and enjoy the compound interest of it all.
