Ingredients. use coconut 🥥 oil for better taste 1 kg chicken 2 onions Turmeric 2 teaspoons Ginger garlic paste ( better to make at home 🏡 ) Vinegar 2 tsp 4 to 5 green chillies Salt as u like . Home made grounded masala Or garam masala that u have . . That’s all 😘 . Add the grounded masala into the chicken and keep in sim and stir fry and close the lit for 10min . Again open and stir it a bit and close it . Repeat process for 20min to 30min for better taste .
