✨ IT’S MY BIRTHDAY ✨ On 11.15 or 15.11 – either way you slice it up, I entered the world. This year was a challenging one in many different ways. (I mean, look at Barbie) I cried a lot this year. I laughed even more. I saw so much of the world. Yet, felt so unseen. I spoke to a plethora of new people, but don’t know if they listened to what I said. I felt I was moving forward, but stuck at the same time. This is a transition year for me. These are the years no one speaks out loud about. Yet, this is a turning point birth year. My word of the year was DISCIPLINE & what people do not tell you about discipline is that it comes with pain, loss, confusion, fear. It’s not an easy energy to live in, but the results are worth it because even seeds are blooming underground. It was pivotal to my next chapter as a woman in this experience. This was my breakthrough year and I made it through without being broken down. Thank you, God. 🤍♏️

When in doubt, zoom out. The trickiest part of being a human is being so tethered to one place at one time – this can limit your perspective. It can make it seem like there are no options, like there isn’t another way or like your way isn’t good enough. This is why I will always love to travel. I need my solo trips. They are non-negotiable because it is essential to my spiritual journey. I went on my first plane at 6 years old, alone. I was given the gift of zooming out. I was given the chance to look outside of my small corner of the world and realize there will always be an option for me. No matter where I go, no matter who I’m with – I am gifted with the clarity of stepping back and picking something else for myself. When in doubt, baby, zoom the fuck out! #NoviTravels
