Rain and storms become the daily routine in Netherlands and our garden, this tiny sweet garden reminds me of that change is the core element of being alive. So my friends, it is the time of the year to let go off something which doesn’t serve our wellbeing any more. For a better self. Like a dry leaf falling down, what would be gone and make you feel lighter? A feeling, an assumption, a habit, a rage against someone… ? Life is heavy nowadays, we are shaken, we feel desperate, we feel sad, we feel useless. So, What do we need to make a difference? What do we need to let go? Might be the illusion of we are Not strong enough to change something? Might be The arrogance we have towards the “others”? Might be the negativity we carry on inside us instead of speaking out and share what we really need?
