Ricki Lake Instagram – This is 55. Wow! I never ever thought I could be this happy, this content, and feel this youthful in my mid-50s. It’s crazy, I feel like I have cracked the code for myself. My days are filled with joy and play. I have my husband to thank for making my cheeks hurt from smiling and laughing all day long. I also give myself credit for manifesting and creating this abundant life for myself. I believe happiness is a choice, and yes I have gone through so much loss and trauma through the years, and I choose to be happy and find gratitude in all that I have and all I have overcome and achieved.
