My mom , off course she is the one who introduced me to periods & she did it so well without making anything awkward. Meri life mein periods kabhi taboo nahi rahe, like something to hide or to be ashamed of. First she made me comfortable and then confident enough ki mein iss bare mein kisi se bhi bina hichak ke baat kar saku. And i think she did a great job. ❤️
