Home Actress Sheila Kelley HD Instagram Photos and Wallpapers November 2023 Sheila Kelley Instagram - Healing doesn’t have to be complicated. It can be chilllll ❄️. Sometimes (most of the time) that’s just what the body needs. Here are Sheila’s top 3 ways to feel more embodied… 1. Dance Like Nobody's Watching. 💃 I start my day with dancing. Literally, waking up, putting on my favorite song and dancing around my room. Notice how your body responds to each tone and beat. 2. Touch. 👐 Put your hand on your body in mindful ways, it anchors you, it makes you feel alive. Self touch is nourishing and undervalued. And it’s free! 3. Take a Breather. 🍀 Sometimes, just stopping for a moment and taking a few deep breaths from your belly can bring you back to your body. Feel the air go in and out, and imagine every cell of your body expanding. Use these as you move into the holiday season 💜 and don't stress out over your healing and grounding tools! Sheila Kelley Instagram – My work with feminine embodiment takes me many places. This past week I was on a research trip in Tanzania studying with, exploring, and being insanely inspired by the Hadza women. The Hadza are the last hunter gatherer tribe left in East Africa. Most people who know them come to explore the men and their hunting skills. My heart is as always with the women. And to be honest, the Hadza are not used to that. Not many people who visit spend the time and energy it takes to find their way into the hidden world of the Hadza women. I tried. Thought I was failing and on my final day the magic happened. More on this later. Suffice to say we laughed together, we touched each other, and we danced the Hadza way.

Along my journey up to the bush, I got to stop at both the Manyara and Ngongogo game preserves. For all of this, I am beyond grateful. Not one single second goes by when I don’t appreciate this one wondrous life.
