1. Dance Like Nobody’s Watching. 💃
I start my day with dancing. Literally, waking up, putting on my favorite song and dancing around my room. Notice how your body responds to each tone and beat.
2. Touch. 👐
Put your hand on your body in mindful ways, it anchors you, it makes you feel alive. Self touch is nourishing and undervalued. And it’s free!
3. Take a Breather. 🍀
Sometimes, just stopping for a moment and taking a few deep breaths from your belly can bring you back to your body. Feel the air go in and out, and imagine every cell of your body expanding.
