On a lightly floured surface, roll puff pastry Slide pastry onto a baking sheet. Using a fork crated a folded edge. Step 2 Meanwhile, sprinkle tomatoes all over with 1/2 teaspoon salt and arrange in a single layer on papers. Blot top of tomatoes with paper towels to remove as much moisture as possible. Step 3 Arrange brie evenly across puff pastry. Top brie with tomatoes. Sprinkle with chopped chives. Salt and pepper. Step 4 Bake until pastry is puffed and golden and cheese is melted, about 25 minutes. Step 5 Drizzle with balsamic glaze and top with basil.
