Shelly Horton Instagram – So satisfying growing my own salad. Smug tastes delicious!

My dwarf tomatoes have dwarfed the rest of the veggies in my @vegepodau so I hacked them back and they still produced about 40 of the most mouthwatering tomatoes I’ve ever tasted.

But once I harvest this crop I’ll get rid of them and replace them with cherry tomatoes.

Meanwhile the butter lettuce, basil and chives are thriving.

My radishes and carrots not so much.

Looking forward to planting more bok choy.

Who knew I’d become a balcony farmer?

It’s like a TENS machine only better. You stick on the pads and electrical pulses confuse the area so it doesn’t send pain signals to the brain (or something like that)

I find it really helps with period pain and also my lower back pain.
