Shelly Horton Instagram – Not sponsored! But in uterus related news… My period cramps have been so bad I’ve been using my @thepainpod It’s like a TENS machine only better. You stick on the pads and electrical pulses confuse the area so it doesn’t send pain signals to the brain (or something like that) I find it really helps with period pain and also my lower back pain. ShellShocked does media training and filming with PainPod and I’ve been a customer for nearly ten years, but this is not a paid post. Just thought you might like to know. I also find Mr Barkley lying on my tummy helps as he’s like a hot water bottle!
