Shenaz Treasurywala Instagram – Goan Government pleaseeee do something!!!!!! Lovers of Goa and the oceans let’s do something- we can’t just accept this.

The Goan oceans and rivers have been declared unfit for swimming and fishing because of high levels of bacteria from untreated sewage in it. Human 💩 in the waters . Shacks and hotels just put pipes out w the sewage straight into the rivers and ocean.

Will we protest? Will we do something? Or as per our high level of tolerance as Indians will we just say chalta hain and ignore it and continue to swim in it without a blink of an eyelid?

Come on man- let’s do something???? These are our oceans and rivers? Do we not have the right to clean waters???

I have an open cut and I’ve been swimming it it and will probably go in to surf now but I feel so upset and grossed out – ( not enough to stop swimming I guess 😞)

I’ve seen shacks in Arambol just letting their pipes out into the ocean. Can’t the Goan Government stop this???? I know it’s close to Season but seriously is this what we have to live with ?? Why do we accept this? Goa, India
