For the past month I have been sitting at 123 lbs basically my pre baby weight but today officially is the first day I’m back to 121 lbs, my normal weight. That’s 38 lbs down what I gained during pregnancy.
I’ve enjoyed being back at the gym here and there but over the past month Raquel has helped motivate me with our at home HITT, Core, and Calisthenics workouts. These “simple” workouts have been fun yet challenging. 💪🏽🩷 Sidenote: I’m really looking forward to being apart of my wife’s Fight Camp to her World Title Fight. @raquel_pennington
