I was lucky enough to be invited to try the comprehensive whole body @prenuvo scan. I’m doing this because cancer runs rife in my family on both sides (especially breast cancer) and I wanted to get proactive with my health. With 5 kids, I’m so often the very last person on my priority list. Upon reflection I know that I need to really shift some focus into preventative wellness and self care and showing up and doing this scan was a part of that change. Off the back of Mark’s involvement in filming @SouthAustralia ‘s latest TVC, @markwebber insisted on taking the fam to experience his favourite spots featured in the campaign, @EyrePeninsula and now I understand why!
I am continuously blown away by the untouched, rugged landscapes that SA has on offer. 4WDing through the Port Lincoln National Park sand dunes with Renae from @AusCoastalSafaris was like nature’s own rollercoaster and then sandboarding down the epic slopes was so much fun!
Our kids cannot stop talking about swimming with the sealions with @CalypsoStarCharters Watching them dip and spin around Bodhi, was so next level, now I understand why they call them the puppies of the sea!
One of my favourite things about this state is the real, authentic people you meet along the way who share such genuine passion about what they do and where they live like Kane and his beautiful family @yarnbala, our son Forest in particular was in his element exploring their land.

Beautiful advice on communicating with our kids during big feelings. @dr.siggie is on @themotherdazepodcast this week and she brings with her such a delicate, compassionate and conscious way of being with our children. She has so much invaluable wisdom to share whether it’s dealing with sibling conflict, tantrums, pushing boundaries or helping our kids move through anxiety. Such an inspiring episode, I’ve been applying the tools she offers this week with my kids and I swear she’s a miracle worker, even my kids loved some of her suggestions during their conflicts with each other, like helping be apart of the solution. Byron Bay is our happy place, we spend time there every year, we always make such happy memories there. So often I’ll be snapping away on my phone on holiday only to forget to look back on pictures! always on the lookout for those special homes that give their guests that little bit of magic. From the chic yet cosy decor, the welcoming pack of organic fruits and snacks, all the thoughtful personal touches and the incredibly breathtaking location on the @eyrepeninsula, @tulkahouse is up leveling the accommodation landscape. Our family felt so at home here when we visited Port Lincoln last month. As a large family we felt particularly catered for with bikes, kids toys, a screening room, bunk beds, spacious bedrooms, an amazing fire pit, wood fired pizza oven and of course the most glorious outlook to the beachfront, this SA gem is the perfect family getaway spot.
