I loved chatting with her because she brought a different kind of fire and perspective to the conversation. She believes in quiet work. She believes in getting in the ring. And she hates the kind of lip service for views the discourse on gender equality has become. Our research session leading up to the day we recorded helped me rework this session, made me revisit a few things and I am so grateful to her for that.
I said it on the show and I say it again that this victory of getting “ladies not allowed” removed from the premises is not a small one. All victories count.
