Zara McDermott Instagram – We are back with another dance that we never got to do on Strictly, this time it’s a SALSA!!💃🏼 fun fact, this was the first dance we ever did together and all I can remember is catching my reflection in the mirror every now and again and thinking… make it stop 😂😂anyway, we faced my fears and now I actually LOVE the salsa now I am feeling a bit more confident in moving my body😂❤️ I definitely feel myself getting more and more relaxed every dance that we do, and I’m so happy to keep dancing with my partner every week!!! Dancing is becoming a beautiful safe space for me to keep learning and growing.
