Mostly I just wear my husband’s clothes.
Maybe you don’t know that Im a wannabe herbalist. Started low key-studying in early 2020 and have been benefiting my bod with herbs ever since. This cute lil drink is a homemade tea infusion. Added a dash of tonic and served in coupe glass to make me feel fancy.
Herbs in this infusion:
🌿Chamomile
🌿 Red Raspberry Leaf
🌿 Nettle
🌿 Ginger
🌿 Spearmint
🍯 Drop of honey ‘cuz Im not into bitter (tastes, or people mkay)
It’s such a nutritive blend you guyyyys. Especially for lady hormones. All these buddies offer so many benefits. But here are just a few:
Chamomile = anti-inflammatory, anti-anxiety, anti-allergy, can help lower blood pressure.
Red Raspberry Leaf = helps regulate hormones, tonifies the uterus, is high in iron!
Nettle = rich in antioxidants, great for scalp health, preventing hair loss, great for urinary health, a friendly aid for allergies.
Ginger = Good for digestion, nausea relief, bloating, helps to reduce period pain.
Spearmint = Aids hormonal imbalance as well as digestion. It’s an antioxidant that can help reduce oxidative stress which is linked to a lot of chronic conditions.
