Brandon Prust Instagram – It has been a pretty emotional week with @bp8fitness finally opening. I’ve found myself sitting alone sometimes in my gym and having similar feelings as I did when I made the NHL, ‘wow, I actually made it’. I remember thinking in my mid 20’s that when I retired from hockey I was going to train a younger generation of athletes and help them reach their full potential. And now we’ve even added helping anyone and everyone in the community achieve their health and fitness goals!
This also comes with a hell of a lot of gratefulness. The team I have around me that made this dream come true have made me realize just how lucky I am 🙏
