3 years ago we lost an amazing friend. Every year we honor him with a workout that includes some of his favorite (and 1 not so favorite) movements. This is dedicated to OUR hero, Jon Huber aka Brodie Lee. Brodie was an amazing person who loved to roast his friends, lift heavy, watch his Leafs play hockey, and of course, he loved professional wrestling. More than anything, he loved his family.
“Brodie” is as follows:
4 Rounds
12 Deadlifts
26 Push Ups
20 (men) / 15 (women) Calories on a Bike.
After those four rounds, complete the workout with one SINGLE BURPEE. (He hated burpees, and after completing all that he would be pissed OFF if he had to complete a burpee)
The prescribed weight for the deadlifts is 225 lbs (men)/ 155lbs (women). You can always go lighter if need be.
If you’re in for an extra challenge make those weights HEAVY!
