Hitting my chest infection from all sides; antibiotics (I tried to ride it out but was getting worse) 2 hours this morning in my @o2worx hyperbaric chamber and now down at @sereniti_health breathing deeply in the Salt Room. So relaxing and got this place to myself! All wrapped up and relaxed. I feel I’ve got some great and knowledgeable people around me atm. #saltylips #alternativetherapies #healthspa #healthandwellness

I can’t tell you how happy I am with the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber lent to me by @o2worx . It’s great for people with my condition but also for recovery from injuries and general wellness. I’m not gonna preach but if you’re interested Google it- you’ll be surprised! This chamber is perfect for me, no feelings of claustrophobia and it’s just big enough to get my favourite comfy chair in it! I actually look forward to each session knowing that’s it’s doing me good whilst being able to do a bit of work (watching Netflix shhh!) I’m smiling as I’ve just had a very positive experience. Flying out of Newcastle airport is usually a breeze as it was today. I took a connecting flight with @british_airways and someone didn’t get to the plane on time. We then had to wait for the baggage crew to find the 4 bags (someone’s got a very painful day ahead!). What struck me was how calm all the passengers remained- many like me getting connecting flights. But then we we treated like customers not cattle, kept fully aware and all the passengers responded in kind. #respect #travel

Morning all, after 49 years it sounds like my voice is finally breaking! After reading of all the benefits of turmeric like reducing helping to reduce inflammation, boost and boosting your immune system I’ve been be on the shots now for a couple of years and it’s a great way to start your day instead of a coffee. It’s not one or the other sometimes I have both but rarely feel the need for a caffeine hit after one of these bad boys! Recorded the VO for the two short films we made for @bbcmorninglive . Chose not to take electric bike which was a mistake. I dusted off the push bike and soon realised the studios were up long climb (for me). Anyway I was a bit late but home now and glad of the exercise.
