Josh Warrington Instagram – Went to the @crumlinboxingclubofficial 🥊 last night.
A joy to see the gym so packed out and training away.
@matchroomboxing and @eddiehearn set the kids off with a challenges.
Press ups for the seniors and plank for the juniors, with the winners receiving a prize!
Both sets gave everything but one little lad stood out.
After around 20 minutes had passed, young Jackson was down to the last handful.
A few had noticed that he was in some discomfort. After Eddie speaking to the lad, I then knelt down to tell him to basically stop. His response.
“No because I don’t want to lose” 😯
This kid is 7.
Pushing himself to the absolute max.
Eventually pulled to his feet, a big fuss was made over him.
Not because he lasted so long but the mindset and refusing to lose.
Especially in a softening world when it’s just good to ‘Take part’…
Whatever this kid does, whether boxing or not, he will go far in life … 👍
