It took a few words that only WE would understand after me and PAC met face to face. A Brotherhood was established a foundation to build upon that was more important than music .We would use the arts as tools to push the culture forward and unite our folks. This video shows that genuine authentic Love and bond that was built.Pac left me a message and said press play when you get to the studio. When I got there I did just that and to my surprise It was Pac rapping as if he’s Hammer ! Me ! PAC appointed himself as the Executive Producer of my next album and he was going to make sure it was Tight ! He was writing, producing and arranging songs and movie scripts that had his OG Oakland homeboy in them. He knew who he was and the power and influence he had at that time (25yrs old) and he was making sure he empowered the people he loved and cared about. We had plans. He knew I loved him.To do this, what you’re witnessing in this video is LOVE in action.I’m forever grateful for PAC’s priceless Brotherly Love 🤜🏾🙏🏾🤛🏾 So y’all Celebrate with me as the city that Tupac Loved (Oaktown) Loves him back by naming a street after him. Now that’s Too Tight !!! 🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🤎 Johnny J 🙏🏾 Papa G 🙏🏾 Kevin Lewis 🙏🏾 3 of the 4 People in this video who have transitioned. R.I.P. 🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️

#Hamm400aos The Beja people are a fascinating group of people who have a long and rich history in the region of northeast Africa. They are considered to be one of the living descendants of the ancient Egyptians, who were also Cushitic-speaking pastoral nomads According to some sources the Beja people trace their origins to the 12th Dynasty of ancient Egypt when they were known as the Medjay a class of archers and soldiers who served as mercenaries for various pharaohs. Their name may derive from the city of Amenemhat who founded a military force from his mother’s hometown of Ta-Seti in the eastern desert. The Beja people have maintained their distinct identity and culture over the centuries, despite being influenced by Arab and Cushitic migrations and invasions. They speak different dialects of Beja,a Cushitic language that is closely related to Egyptian hieroglyphs. They practice Sunni Islam but they also retain some elements of their ancient beliefs and traditions. The Beja people are known for their nomadic lifestyle and their resistance to colonialism and oppression. They have fought against the Egyptians, the Romans, the Ottomans and the British in various wars and conflicts. They have also maintained their autonomy and independence in their own lands which span from Sudan and Egypt into Eritrea, Ethiopia,Yemen, and Saudi Arabia. The Beja people are a remarkable example of how ancient cultures can survive and adapt in modern times. They have preserved their heritage and identity while also embracing new opportunities and challenges. They are proud of their roots and their achievements but they also respect other cultures and peoples. They are a living link between the past and the present of northeast Africa.
Grateful to have these vibrations and frequencies etched in my Soul.To have lived in this era.Nine years old hustling tickets and then working at the Oakland Coliseum interacting with thousands of people from every walk of life (Hells Angels,Black Panthers,SLA,Patty Hearst,Vietnam Vets,Hippies) and finding a balance. Our culture wasn’t given to us.We made it from the remnant of our ancestral ties.Beauty out of pain.Love over fear. Our spirit was never broken. We have always done the best we could in a cold cruel world and even made ghetto life look fabulous. Our songs, dance, clothing, food, language and style influencing the world. We must regain control of the narrative of our community and lead our youth into a world where they can be happy, loved, free and in control of their algorithms.A World where conflicts our resolved without violence or death. A place where Brothers work it out. ✊🏽 🤜🏾🤎🤛🏾 🤜🏾👑🤛🏾 🤜🏾🙏🏾🤛🏾
