Repost from @the.embodiment.institute. We did it. We captured the magic of the healing retreat for our first in-person Black, Transgender, Non-Conforming, Intersex (TGNCI) Healing Retreat, and the aliveness and connection we celebrated in each other.

We are in awe of how in just 4 minutes, we can highlight the power of embodiment in our bodies and what it looks like to reclaim our divinity and heal together.
