I bought this from a person who owned, built, improved, modified, loved and cherished this beauty for 25 yrs. I have owned it for approx. 6 years. It was in mint condition when I bought it and I have done further improvements. I can’t fit all of the improvements from the previous owner but if you are curious I can flick you a list of what he did.
It has 6 seats, this beddy is registered as a Campervan hence why there are no seatbelts in the back seats.
Absolute head turner by its looks and sound.
Since I have owned it, it has had a full repaint and interior fitted out plus:
– Engine 350 chev 4 bolt main alloy heads mild street cam fully rebuilt.
– Running holley sniper fuel injection and msd ignition
– 700r4 trans with lockup in top
– ford 9in diff with disc brakes
– holden front hubs and brakes with electric power steering
– full stainless steel exhaust from headers back
– Power windows and front seats
The Bedford is a showpiece and deserves to be seen a lot more. I am in and out of the country and she is just not getting the use she deserves.
