I’d see her over the years, when I worked at Granada, because she was married to a fine old Coronation Street director, Brian Mills. Then, in 2021, Big Finish brought Dark Season back for a 30th anniversary. Brigit was retired, and not well by that stage, but she came back for a lap of victory, that old fire still burning.
