And today I attended his farewell party at @indiainnewyork In 23 years living in NY, I’ve hosted almost every diplomat….but Randhir ji & Abha ji are different. They are family. ❤️ And in years to come I saw their commitment to India & by embracing the soul of a nation & representing it with so much dignity & honor. During this time, he hosted several events from launching “Sacred Foods of India” to Zighrara perfume to Millets Dinners to Elements Chocolates to tribute to Lata Ji to Konark Wheel at Times Square to supporting @guneetmonga for Elephant Whisperers & hundreds of other events. He is a true friend & son of India. I’m getting too emotional to write about how he stood by me during Radhika’s funeral. A true essence of a great leader is empathy & connection to soul.
