Everyone knows the amount of respect I have for @unapologeticfoodsnyc @chefchintan & team. Chintan used to work with me years ago; one evening I told him in my office that he is going to touch the skies. A Chef’s true talent is dedication & attitude & he had that all in abundance. Never heard him, Roni or Vijay pulling anyone down. All lifting each others & our community (as you can see 🙈) It’s true, a real leader believes in raising the water so that all the boats rise.
