I bought this little bracelet when I was in Mexico from a sweet Mayan woman.
I had just left Colombia and in so many ways had been practicing living a heart led life. I always feel like Latin countries are so much better at this.

This bracelet is my reminder to love big and let love lead, always.
Living a heart led life is about so many things for me.
Mostly it’s about being courageous, even when it feels scary…especially when it feels scary.
Courageous enough to…
Be true to my heart.
Be authentically me.
To keep my tender heart open.
My bursting heart unfiltered.
My grieving heart held.
To love out loud.
To face rejection.
To close doors so that others can open.
To pause and listen and trust those heart whispers.
To wander into the unknown.
To release control and always ask, how would love lead?
