Alma Hussein Instagram – Falling again and again but also getting back up again and again. These past few months have been so difficult for me, mentally, physically and emotionally. I’ve been on a roller coaster of emotions. Some days were such good days and some were equally awful. I’ve been sick most of the time…with so much going on, I still tried to get back up every single day and show up. Some days it was even difficult for me to get out of my bed. Some days I was crying for no reason, some days I would cry because of what someone said to me, some days I would cry because I thought I wasn’t doing anything right… it’s so important to feel all these emotions as a human being but it’s also important to get past them and just live. I barely have friends and the ones I have mean the whole world to me, they’ve always held my hand whenever required and my family constantly came up with ideas to cheer me up. With so many health issues going on, I was devastated but I realised how amazingly weird life can be. Some days it’ll make us laugh so much that it would hurt our stomach and some days it would make us cry so much that we could feel it in our stomach. It’s so important to experience these feelings.
