It’s healed my past from feeling shame in expressing my sensuality to feeling pure love celebration, and helped me realize how important it is to connect with myself in this way.
But not only that, I’ve been sharing these videos with my mom and it’s been healing her relationship with expressing her sensuality too. 🥲 It’s more than just shaking your hips and your booty to the ground, (which is SO liberating and freeing let me tell youuu ✨) it’s reclaiming what is mine and getting to empower myself through these slow, intentional movements that was once deemed “shameful”.
