Anna Maiche Instagram – On November 15th my spunky and sassy grandmother, Lala, took her last breath. Throughout her entire life Lala walked her own path and did so unapologetically. She was an artist, a free thinker, a rebel, and an extremely strong woman.
I know my love for animals comes from her- I wish so badly I could go back to the days of playing on the stacks of hay in her barn while she fed her beloved horses. But for now, I get to see her passion in her art and her strength in my mom’s eyes. I’ll miss watching her on the dance floor, seeing her face light up and say “oooh Annaaaa” when I’d bring her sugary treats, and laughing at her unfiltered comments.
