Home Actress Anníe Mist Þórisdóttir HD Instagram Photos and Wallpapers December 2023 Anníe Mist Þórisdóttir Instagram - Body image is a b**ch…. So many feelings, thoughts and doubts - regardless of whether you are a competitive athlete or not. I KNOW, and I would tell others, you are who you are and your body is incredible for what it does and gives you, regardless of what it looks like!! However it can be hard every once in a while to do what you preach, but i will take that challenge and do my best to live by it. The beginning of pregnancy where you start showing but you are still “hiding it” till it’s safe to announce, is HARD. Once you announce, you continue to grow, you still feel “soft” and somewhat out of shape, but the feeling of carrying life is incredible ❤️ women show at different times, all of us are different and each pregnancy might be different as well. This time I started showing a lot earlier and growing a lot faster. I wore loose shirts but it also doesn’t feel like ME. It wasn’t until my belly was a little bigger and the loose shirts weren’t hiding anything anyways I decided to just not care. Wear what I am comfortable in and do ME. It’s not always easy but maaan it feels a lot better to be free 17 weeks and this is what my power belly looks like! Grateful 🫶 and also thankful for my health and being able to continue to train and lift weights 🏋️‍♀️

Anníe Mist Þórisdóttir Instagram – OHS Challenge 🔥🤝

1 OHS 1 full breath in bottom of the squat
1 OHS 2 full breaths in bottom of the squat
1 OHD 3 full breaths in bottom of the squat
.
.
.
1 OHD 10 full breaths in bottom of the squat

So from 1-10 in total only 10 OHS with an empty bar

How far can you go!!?? 😅 Tag someone you want to see do this 🔥

I finished but only used a 10kg bar, next time I’ll go with 15kg. Honesty thinks this will help my positioning quite a bit here and maaaaan did the shoulders start to burn 😂🫶

Inspired by The training plan 😎

Anníe Mist Þórisdóttir Instagram – I don’t get to do this as often as I would want to, however every time I do I get reminded why I’ve been in this sport for as long as I have. Coaching and interacting with you guys! Sharing some of the things I have learned

The sport is amazing, I thoroughly enjoy the process and the competition, but what it all comes down to, at least for me, is to share the journey with incredible people.

Looking back, one of my favorite periods was late 2011 – I had the opportunity to travel to so many amazing places, Mexico, Seoul, long time in Boston and lots more and meet even more incredible people. I met a number of people who shaped my view of fitness and through that my view of life. I believe one of the best things we can do to grow and evolve is to see and experience many different people and cultures. Same rules apply for becoming a better coach. See, feel, EXPERIENCE and take with you what you can and make it your own.

Grateful this is my sport and you all are in this with me
