Anníe Mist Þórisdóttir Instagram – I don’t get to do this as often as I would want to, however every time I do I get reminded why I’ve been in this sport for as long as I have. Coaching and interacting with you guys! Sharing some of the things I have learned The sport is amazing, I thoroughly enjoy the process and the competition, but what it all comes down to, at least for me, is to share the journey with incredible people. Looking back, one of my favorite periods was late 2011 – I had the opportunity to travel to so many amazing places, Mexico, Seoul, long time in Boston and lots more and meet even more incredible people. I met a number of people who shaped my view of fitness and through that my view of life. I believe one of the best things we can do to grow and evolve is to see and experience many different people and cultures. Same rules apply for becoming a better coach. See, feel, EXPERIENCE and take with you what you can and make it your own.
