Ashley Tisdale Instagram – I can’t believe it’s already December! I always take this time of the year to slow down and check-in on my mental health and overall well-being. It’s become a yearly ritual for me to reflect on everything I’ve learned and accomplished, and taking a moment to look back also allows me to set clearer intentions before the new year. One thing I’ve become better at this year is leaning into self-acceptance instead self-imposed pressure. It’s so much easier to stay in the present and appreciate the good things in your life this very moment when you let go of rigid expectations. What’s something you guys have learned this year?
